2018 Book

For this version of the zine I wanted to do something extra special. Because of how serious this project has become leading up to a multi year book I wanted to make a very limited half printed, half handmade edition of this work.

Each book has an individually hand stamped, hand painted cloth cover and dust jacket. 52 handwritten pages like a journal. All signed to the edition of only a handful for sale.
Each book comes with a signed Polaroid and a set of postcards that have yet to be released.

This book is an entry point to a large multiyear body of work documenting The Golden Gate Bridge in a more up close and personal way. In the beginning my plan was to only go for a few months and at the end of that year make something similar to this book. As I finished those few months I knew I had to keep going and pivot the project in a more serious direction. Over the next 3 1/2 years I have continued to shoot thousands of rolls of film to one day publish a book. After all these years I wanted to go back to where it all started and finally release this hardcover scrapbook of my days on the bridge I originally planned on making.
